Isha Yoga for Beginners
In this 90 minutes session we will teach simple but powerful Yoga (a.k.a Upa Yoga) postures to balance and stabilize our system. Upa Yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints ,muscles and energy system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of body mechanics upa yoga releases the inertia in the energy and bring ease to whole human system.
Participants need to bring a yoga mat, towel and pillow, and are asked not to eat 2 hours prior to the event (this is a gentle yoga practice, but the movements could cause turbulence to a full belly).
