Sew Your Own Quilted Placemats In-Person
Please join us in a creative class to make a set of two colorful quilted placemats. This will be an easy project for beginner and intermediate quilters. We will provide the fabric kits and you can choose a color combo you like. It will be lots of fun!
You will need to bring:
- Sewing machine (remember the power cord and foot pedal!)
- Neutral thread and bobbin, ready to go
- A few quilting pins
- A pencil and a pen
- Small thread snips
If possible, bring these or we’ll provide if you don’t have them:
- 6” or 6 ½” square plastic ruler (and a longer one, if you have it)
- A rotary cutter and/or fabric scissors
- A small cutting mat
Please bring any food or drinks you would like. Questions? Feel free to reach out to Sue Del Pozzo at susan.delpozzo@libraryweb.org
Registration is required.
