The Fox Sisters & the Rise of Modern Spiritualism In-Person
Listen to the tale of two young girls, Maggie and Kate Fox, as they communicate with the spirit of a peddler. The sisters learned about his demise in the house where they lived in Hydesville, NY. Discover how the Fox sisters went on to become successful, yet haunted, mediums as Modern Spiritualism emerged in the 1800s.

About the Speaker: Tracy Murphy has been the Historian and Caretaker for the Fox Sisters Property for over 25 years. She is also the Executive Director of Historic Palmyra's five museums.
