ZOOM - Understanding Self-Directed Care at Home Online
Caring for a loved one can come with a lot of questions. Sonya Sohaib from PPL First will be presenting a simple, clear overview of New York State's Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). The CDPAP program allows individuals in need of care to stay at home and choose someone they trust - often a family or friend - to help with their care.
