Vibrational Sound Therapy Workshop In-Person

Come to the Vibrational Sound Therapy Workshop with a blanket, mat, pillows, eye shades, etc.... Whatever you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Expect to feel the vibration sooth and uplift you as the sounds of the gong and singing bowls flow through your body, creating a space for wellness and healing! In this one hour program, we will do some deep breathing after a short introduction and then for the remainder of the time, as John Lennon put it: "Turn off your mind, relax and float downstream."
