In this presentation—co-sponsored by the Pittsford Community Library, Webster Public Library, and Henrietta Public Library—McDell-Hernandez and Dr. McIntosh will also discuss the historical long standing, deeply-rooted inequities related to social determinants of health, structural inequality, and system failures that continue to perpetuate the cycle of inadequate care. They will also discuss barriers to treatment and political implications that may improve or harm health outcomes. Registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent the day of the program.
