Yoga for Anxiety: A program of Health and Wellness In-Person

 

Join Marlee from Align Integrative Wellness in a 4 week series of therapeutic yoga focusing on reducing anxiety by down-regulating the nervous system. Leave with techniques that can be utilized of the mat and in your life. All levels welcome. 

This is a 4 week class. Registering for the first class (January 7) will automatically register you for all 4. The 4 Saturdays are the 7, 14, 21, and 28.  If you cannot attend all 4, please reach out to me,

Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
